Source: Rosneft, Gazprom send bids for 2 Yamalo-Nenets fields
MOSCOW, May 12 (PRIME) -- Gas giant Gazprom and oil major Rosneft have submitted bids to participate in an auction for Russia’s Vaneivissky and Layavozhsky oil and gas deposits in the Nenets Autonomous District, a source in the Federal Mineral Resources Agency told PRIME on Thursday.
Bids for the auction will be accepted until Friday. The auction will take place on June 15. The starting payment is set at 8.047 billion rubles and the bid increment is 804.7 million rubles.
Geological and recoverable reserves of the Vaneivissky and Layavozhsky fields are estimated at 223.098 billion cubic meters of gas and 86 million tonnes of oil.
